Staged Treatment for Acne
To fix acne you have to attack the problem from different angles at the same time. You cannot just do “one thing” for a few days and hope the acne will get better. Acne treatment often takes a few months before improvement is noted.
Never squeeze a pimple! When you squeeze a pimple you are squeezing the pimple juice into the surrounding healthy tissues.
When you place creams on your face, you must place a dab of it on each side of your forehead, the two cheeks and the chin – and then rub it in. Do not glop it on your hand and then rub it in or you will end up using too much.
Consistency is the key in treating acne. You can’t expect good results by doing it for a few days and then quitting.
What you want to do is prevent the big sores. Those are the ones that cause scarring. If you see those popping up, call me.
